None of these players were number one picks , but they were highly advertised to be something a lot better then they are right now. Hasheem thabeet: not sure if he's on the rockets roster or still in the dleague. He was hyped up to be a dikembe type of player, but he's actually more of a poor mans disanga diop which is not good. Memphis pasted up curry, tyreke, demar derozan, jennings, ty lawson, rubio etc Eddie curry: overweight, lazy work ethics, injuries. His best year was in his last year with the bulls. At least he got 20 million at the end with the knicks, so I guess he had the last laugh for doing nothing. Joe alexander: I'm not sure even if he played any decent minutes with the bucks. He was a top ten ick in the 2008 nba draft. The only thing I seen him do is tap his head on the rim during practice. Not sure where he is right now. Adam morrison: best year was in his rookie season during his early years with the bucks. I don't know if injuries or his confidence level killed his nba career. Well at least he got a ring with the lakers. Darko: he turned out to be a pretty good shot blocker, but analyst/fans were expecting more out of him due to his hype. Pistons did win the championship that year even though darko had no real part during the playoffs. I guess right now detroit can use a melo, wade, and or bosh. Sebastion telfair: I forgot what number pick telfair was, but I know he wasn't top 10. Regardless, he was the first ever h.s prep to pro point guard. He was well proclaimed as being one of the young legend point guards coming out of brooklyn, new york. He was never top 5 , 10, 15, or whatever. I think he plays for the suns right now. Sorry for the error...I meant bobcats not buck for adam morrison @jordans girl: I expalined that on my first sentence on the very top.... Read More »
