Lets assume Melo signs the extension before offseason to go back Denver for 3 years and Chris Paul stays New Orleans or go Orlando. What will Knicks do? Will they then over pay David West and Tony Parker to bring a big 3 to New York since they won't be able to realistically get a top ten player for next 3 years if Melo opts out his extension....
